April Ancira, Vice President of Ancira Auto Group, is a dynamic leader who has worked in the automotive industry since 1997, mastering every role from cashier to car sales. A San Antonio native, she balances her professional success with personal passions, including serving on multiple charitable boards, performing standup comedy, and competing in Ironman and long-distance fitness challenges.
As a dedicated Board Member at The Tobin Center, April plans to continue her annual tradition of championing one charity by supporting Charlie’s Seats in 2025. Charlie’s Seats, named after Susan Naylor's son Charlie, is the umbrella name for all of The Tobin Center’s programs that provide free and discounted tickets to local nonprofits serving under-resourced youth, college students, first responders, teachers, active and retired military, and SNAP recipients for performances at the Tobin. In addition, the money raised in this campaign will provide transportation scholarships to ensure every school can bring students to the Tobin to experience live performing arts.
