Tobin Center subscribers are eligible for free and flexible ticket exchanges, simply contact our box office at 210-223-8624 at least 2 hours before your scheduled performance, and we’ll help you choose a new date.
Single ticket purchases are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless you have opted for ticket protection through Booking Protect. If you opted into Booking Protect and need to request a refund, please click here.
Rescheduled Shows: For events that have been rescheduled, ticket holders will have a 30-day window to request a refund should they not be able attend the newly rescheduled date.
Requests for refund after 30 days will not be honored, but tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date.
Canceled Shows: If an event is canceled, an automatic refund will be issued to your original form of payment. There is no need to request this refund.
