Is our holiday celebration open to ALL WellMed employees?
The 2022 WellMed Premier Holiday Party is for San Antonio market WellMed fulltime employees only.
Can I bring guests with me to the event?
With a $25 (non-refundable) donation to the WellMed Charitable Foundation, a registered SA employee may bring one (1) guest to the event.
Do I have to show my employee ID at check-in?
You will not need to show your WellMed badge at the door. Each attendee will need to bring their electronic or printed ticket. No ticket = no entrance to the venue.
What if I didn’t RSVP? Can I still attend the day of the event as a walk-in?
Arriving at the event as a walk-in does not guarantee entry into the holiday party. Please note: Walk-in employees will only be allowed entry after 9 p.m. if the venue is not at capacity. Guests will NOT be permitted as walk-ins. A WellMed badge is required for walk-ins.
I registered to attend the event but can’t attend. Can I give my ticket to another employee instead?
No. Tickets are non-transferable. If you registered and can no longer attend, please notify us via [email protected] no later than 9 a.m. the day of the event.
What is the appropriate dress code this year? Is it tied to our party theme?
Semi-formal or formal dress code is required. Dress code requirements are not tied into our event theme. You are free to wear attire to match our annual event theme if you wish.
Will food be provided?
Yes, we will have food stations throughout the venue between 6-9 p.m.
Do I have to pay for parking?
Yes. Public parking is available in the Tobin garage at 227 4th Street, 78205 and on surface lots in the vicinity. Valet is available for a fee. Click here for map.
If I don’t have a designated driver and need to leave my car overnight, what do I do?
Please consider using a ride share service if this is a concern.
- Surface lots - please ensure you are paid up to avoid being towed.
- Tobin parking garage - you should be fine to leave your car overnight. (Garage is not patrolled overnight and garage shuts down at 1am)
- Valet - vehicles must be picked up by the end of the night, no later than 1am.
Can I bring my own alcoholic beverages to this celebration?
Tobin Center policy prohibits outside food and beverages. The WellMed management team will provide each employee with two (2) drink tickets. Each guest accompanying an employee will also receive two (2) drink tickets upon check-in. Please bring your ID as bartenders are subject to check.
Additional beverages will be available for purchase with cash or card after use of your complimentary tickets. Please remember to enjoy responsibly. Tobin Center policy prohibits smoking/vaping in the building. Please leave these items at home for the evening.
Vaccination or negative COVID test verification is no longer required for entry
If you are experiencing a fever or any COVID-19 symptoms, have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days, or have had close contact with anyone who is confirmed or is suspected of having COVID-19, please stay home.
By attending this event, you acknowledge your consent to, and agreed to abide by, the COVID-19 protocols.
